I contacted Terry at TLM property maintenance as my buy-to-let property was left in a complete mess by previous tenants. Terry was extremely helpful and gave sound advice on how to complete the necessary works in the most cost effective way. All works were carried out to a high standard which included a new kitchen which Terry helped to design. I have no hesitation in recommending Terry and TLM for any building works.

TLM carried out some plastering work for me in late 2009.  Specifically artex ceilings were re-skimmed. Terry was punctual in providing a quote, which was very good value compared to other quotes. The job was carried out to the timetable agreed and to an excellent standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending TLM, and would use them again for my future requirements.

Terry resolved what at the beginning seemed like a tortuous task in less than two hours and I was impressed by his skills as well as his unflappable sense of humour. He enjoyed the challenge, which is the true mark of a great craftsman.
